Network Cables

	Ethernet Cable: This cable is used to connect your computer to the network for access to the internet. Notice the plug on the end has 8 pins and is slightly wider than a phone cord.
	Phone Cable: This is a standard telephone cable. Notice that there are only 4 pins on the connector and is relatively smaller than an ethernet cable.

Please note that while a phone cable can fit into a network jack it cannot replace the functionality of a network cable.
